So I am a first time home buyer and first time dealing with oil heating. I called multiple companies and this company was the only one who gave me more than 5 minutes on the phone to talk about everything. Lauren M. was really patient and knowledgeable She was not at any point pushy for me to sign up as other companies I have called was. Review is only for the phone call and the signing up today will follow up in a near future how things go.

Roman Oil is great. I have been with them since I moved to my neighborhood in 1999. They have been so wonderful over the years. Very understanding if you're going through difficult situations like I was over the last 7 years. Can't say enough about them. They even put in my current furnace years ago. They are just a super company, with super staff.
I started to use Roman oil over a year ago and could not be any happier. Between the office crew and the delivery guys. They are all just so sweet and amazing. Absolutely love the budget cap option they have, so you're not spending several hundreds at one time. I will forever recommend Roman Oil.
Today I had my first service on my furnace and hot water heater with Roman Oil - Annual maintenance. The serviceman arrived on time and began working in the basement abiding by all the COVID guidelines. He was thorough and professional. He went above and beyond, in my opinion, cleaning both units, correcting the problems he encountered, and made sure my furnace and hot water heater is in tip top condition. Then before he left, he cleaned up my basement so it looked like he had never been there. Highly recommend
