I totally agree with these reviewers, these people just took my money without asking me. i called the office and no one is answering! it is hard to talk to a person, not even the voicemail is setup. I will not do business with them anymore.

Very poor service! Never answers the phone and when they do they alway’s say they don’t have nothing in stock! Or they will call you back and Never Returned the Call!! If I could I would rate a zero!.
I would give this Meridian Branch a zero if I could. Do not believe anything anyone at this office tells you. They will recommend quantity of product that is way off of what you actually need. Then they will not stand behind the products they sell and take it back. I have no idea how this particular branch can make any money with the horrible customer service they provide. I highly recommend you purchase product from another distributor who will take responsibility for the \service\ they provide.
Terrible customer service, non-existent company communication among the staffs, poor professionalism, total disregard for customer's situation due to their laziness. Ordered on Monday total of 18k worth of bricks and stones. Was told that it could take up to 5 days to clear and deliver. Exactly a week after, they had not ordered the stones, can't promise exact delivery time yet. All we are getting is that the check had not cleared. Entire crew had to be sent back and big blow to the construction schedule. Our Client is threathening to pull the contract. Worst part is they can't seem to call each other to find out what is going on. Manager and the sales person both are saying they are waiting for each other to call whereas we talked to both of them already. NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!! BE AWARE!!!! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THEIR MONEY AND THAT'S IT!!!!
Their customer service is awful. I have called over 20 times and countless emails with no call back. They get a 1 star only because their is no option to click a Zero star. Truly pathetic
