I stopped in while I was in town on vacation. I was given a little tour of the shop that was very helpful and so nice. I bought a few different types of yarn and two needles all the while chatting with the two ladies. They were very helpful in pointing me to the correct needle size for the items I had in mind. A week or so later I realized I couldn't find the pattern I had seen as a sample in the store and sent a Facebook message asking about it. Not only did they reply quickly, but when I told them that the one pattern link they had sent wasn't the one I was looking for she sent me another one the following day when the shop opened. I can't wait to visit again on our next vacation.
