John from Gem State Generators is awesome! We called him because our Onan LP generator wouldn't start. While other shops were getting back to us with quotes, John gave us 5 minutes of guidance over the phone - which got our generator back up and running! We are incredibly grateful that he took the time to get us up and running, all in time to save our trip. THANK YOU!

John stopped by my place to work on my Onan Generator. He was quick to respond to my call, and about as polite of person I've ever encountered. Was really nice that he has a mobile service.
