I was looking for a type of plant holder and tips on plants that can live in it, for a Christmas gift. I started at Zamzows online, but didn't know how to search for it. They have online chat help and they directed me to the nearest Zamzows that had what I was looking for. Once there, the lady was very helpful! She even gave me some soil and an extra plant (a baby 1) to go with my purchases. Even the way they protectively bagged everything was cool.
