I really enjoy living in Merion Trace apartments. I'm in a wheelchair and live on the first floor of the building, that has the office manager. So, it's great, that I only have to go down the hall to drop off outgoing mail, talk to the staff, etc. There's been no security issues. I feel safe here. I've had only friendly encounters with neighbors. The staff is friendly and helpful. And, any repair needed was taken care of quickly and on the same day it occurred.

I’ve been here now just over a full year and signed for a second because it’s the best place in the area. Price, quality of living, and your location to everything. Most units are all redone and some include higher features such as dish washers and such. Great to have! I haven’t had any issues good amount of security and nice neighbors. Also if you have any issues they take care of them as soon as they can when it’s a non emergency. Great place to live. They even did a large amount of remodeling in the main building to the exterior, interior and much more!

Former Tenant. I lived in Building C for 7 Yrs. Nice CLEAN building, spacious Apt. Lots of closet space. (In a Large bdrm) Which I loved. Anything that needs to be done, Exterminator, or Maintenance necessities. Kris the manager Gets it done. Thanks for all your help Kris, I'll never forget it. Many blessings to you.

I truly understand now why there are so many long time residents. I've only been a resident for 17 months, since then on numerous occasions I'm seeing how the property owners are maintaining the property through renovations, ground maintenance, energy efficiency, exterminating, snow removal, etc. I'm very well pleased and grateful to call Merion Trace Apts HOME. ️️️
