The negative reviews here seem quite contrary to my experience. Both me and my spouse have troubled eyes and we've had positive experiences at both the Shawnee Mission and Overland Park offices. My spouse had symptoms of an eye emergency and was seen within an hour of calling and no referral needed. Thankfully it was nothing serious but the quick short-notice appointment shows they truly care.

They sent me a certified letter banning me from their practice a year ago. Now a year later I get a letter telling me my insurance didn't pay them. Is this really my problem a year later? I think not. This place takes the cake on overbooking and your still there for 2 hours minium.

Worst service ever by a health care provider. Waiting for over an hour and a half and still no doctor. They like to pull patients from the main waiting room and hide them in the back rooms, making it appear they are providing fast service. I would recommend showing up an hour late for your appointment, then you'll only have to wait an hour to be seen! Hopefully. They may provide top notch surgical services, but the follow up is the bottom of the barrel. Choose another provider if you have a choice.

Perfect place to waste you day. If your appt is at 1pm. Expect to be here until 5pm...no joking and the professionalism non-existent.

Worst customer service EVER!! Wait was 3 hours. Receptionists say this is normal and Drs don’t care. Monopoly in this area and they know they are getting away with it! It’s a shame.
