I was looking for a reputable company for installing an irrigation system and I wasn't seeking a budget company but a company that delivers value. I found that with Ryan Lawn and Tree. I feel their service group is outstanding, knowledgeable, and very friendly. The quoting and installation process went very well. I feel their service men deserve 5 stars. However, I had to lower this evaluation to 3 stars due to Ryan Lawn and Care customer relations. I am a person who likes to be updated periodically (not a control freak - but would like to be informed of delays - project completion date - I was not home during the install and had to call to determine if they were finished, what the next steps were, and overall simple communication regarding the project - \we are running a few days behind and will keep you updated as to when our team will be working on your project.\ is all it takes - simple note.) System Performance - 5 Stars. Service Men - 5 Stars. Customer Relations - 2 Stars. Value Purchase - 4 Stars (better customer relations and this would be a 5) You will be pleased with their install and performance - just be prepared for cumbersome communications regarding the project status - unless you speak to one of the service men.

I use Ryan Lawn for all of my lawn needs, and they always do a really great job. I used their Landscape Lighting folks for the first time to repair some issues I had with lighting that had been installed by a previous contractor. Clinton did an amazing job. He fixed all of my problems, and moved some lights around to give us a much better look than we had before. Great job Clinton. We appreciate it!
