Be careful with this company..woman on phone said price was 8 and then driver looked at me and said 10 then he said \me not tryin to rip ya off\ lol. I wasn't in the mood for an argument so I just stayed in the car but I thought that it was shady being given two prices. The car took 10 minutes to arrive .Driver got lost even though he had GPS ??He then told me to just give him 8 since my house wasnt as far away as he thought but I just gave him the 10 anyway since I always like to tip. Not sure if I will use this service again..
WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE FIRST TIME PASSENGER ON TIME SERVICE WILL USE THIS CAR SERVICE AGAIN.
MY FIANCE CONTACTED ME AND INFORMED ME THAT HE LOST HIS NYS DRIVERS LICENSE IN THE CAB. I CALLED THE CAB STAND TO INFORM THEM THAT MY FIANCE LOST HIS NYS DRIVERS LICENSE THE CAB. I INFORMED THE RECEPTIONIST THAT MY FIANCE HAD A FIGHT IN THE MORNING AND HE NEEDS HIS DRIVERS LICENSE. THE RECEPTIONIST LAUGHED AT THE SITUATION AND REFUSED TO REACH OUT TO THE CAB DRIVER. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS.
The service is usually good for pickup in the area. Late nights uncertain.
