We needed a chair quickly for my cousin Bobby to improve his quality of life. At Merrick, they truly care about customer satisfaction and take the health of each patient extremely seriously. We purchased a chair last Summer. When it broke last month, Merrick went above and beyond to send us a technician on a Sunday in the middle of a snowstorm! If you need any surgical supplies, do not look any further.

Due to a chronic illness, my wife was in need of a scooter. Merrick surgical supply was highly recommended to us, So we decided to go. The store's proprietor, Mr Leo Levine, was a wealth of information regarding the scooter we would need. This man is the genuine article; a throwback to what real customer service used to be. He made sure we knew how to operate the scooter and took the time to show us. This is a busy man who made business personal. His store is well stocked with many items to meet many needs. So I am a happy and grateful customer and rest assured we will be back!

It's been one year since Merrick Surgical supply delivered my mom's chair so I have a full year of experience with Leo and his wonderful crew. We've had absolutely no issues at all yet had a couple of chair function questions that Leo responded to with absolute perfection. Furthermore, when mom dropped her remote in a pail of water, the situation was already remedied by Leo even before I got home. I never even had to deal with it! When first purchasing from them, I was nervous, as mom could not come to test out the chair. Leo had me test out several chairs in the store, and was by my side helping/assisting me the entire time. Try doing that though a 1-800 number chair company! I learned so much about chairs, and was comfortable that mom would like the one that I had purchased. Great service, caring, friendly, and knowledgeable. Best selection we've seen of the lift chairs on the Island. Excited for its arrival. They even offered removal of current chair, which is very nice. Highly recommended.
