Randy was great! I was stuck in traffic and running late and they still were able to accommodate the service requested quickly and efficiently.
They are the kindest and most understanding people when it comes to bugs, if it had 10 Stars I would give them a 10, they came to my home they were very helpful and informative and answered all my questions and set my mind at ease, and would also like to mention they are very reasonably priced, thank you Anderson I will be able to sleep tonight!
They were scheduled to come between 1 and 4 pm today for an inspection. The tech did not call or show. We wasted our day and are now probably a week behind in taking care of our problem due to the holiday weekend. Will not do business with a company that does not respect our time.
