My experience was wonderful. The technician was prompt, informative and very professional. He immediately came to my car, greeted me and was well aware of my appointment. I was elated that he already knew my name and had my order up. That is the kind of service that I have come to love at Art Hill Ford. This takes me back when Dan was there and Wendy Masters and some of the older people that made you feel proud. I was sadden to know that Juan had left but the young man made me feel very special and I appreciate the excellent service. I give a score of all tens! Thank you so much.

Got my Ford Explorer st from them!! Love The car and love the people working there!!! Borce was my sales guy and steve the gm both treated me like family! 10 out of 10 if you’re ever trying to buy a Ford. My family has so far gotten 4 Ford’s from them, and we highly recommend them to all our family and friends.
It was a Saturday and I believe Rosa was by herself maybe. I brought my 2 vehicles in for a oil change(actually I think that was the week before)and front brakes. All things got completed in order and on time by tech who performed service and Rosa who got it initiated. Tech was even nice enough to answer our additional questions after he finished with my son's car. I Likes that....you can't beat good old fashioned customer service
We decided it was time to trade in our van and went to Art Hill Ford. Steve and Greg are by far the BEST that we have ever experienced. They’re kindness and professionalism made us feel right at home. I’ve always had anxiety going into dealerships. Especially a woman. You never know how you’ll get treated. I can’t say enough positive things about these gentlemen and this dealership. If you’re in need of a vehicle or service on a vehicle please check them out. You won’t be disappointed
Scheduled an appointment for an oil change they default you to \the works\ basically 8 more... Even with scheduled appointment the wait was quite extensive... Waiting area was cool clean and comfortable.
