Aside from ordering my parts, Bridgette also provided me with some helpful information about my non disposable filter (giving me the option to pay a small fee if needed in the future, since insurance will not cover additional). Way to go Bridgette for the great service you always provide!

Toni RRT was the most helpful to us when we received our new machine. We have been with Life DME for years the staff has been helpful but Toni went above and beyond - to ensure the safety and sleep of our family member was guaranteed. She went above and beyond any scope of her position. HER representation of this company was professional, kind and compassionate. She deserves a huge raise. I had the pleasure of meeting Toni Snyder-Cline when I was issued my new C-pap equipment. (My previous C-pap equipment was old & replacement parts were no longer available). My new equipment is completely “state of art”. I am not computer savvy. I was totally intimidated, wondering would I ever feel comfortable using this equipment. Toni is professional, compassionate, kind & patient. Toni’s explanation & demonstration of my new C-pap was very thorough thus putting my mind at ease. I also purchased the So Clean machine at this time. Toni again, explained & demonstrated how this equipment works in conjunction with my C-pap. Toni even connected the equipment together. Toni wanted to be sure that I would be able to reassemble the equipment on my return home. Toni reviewed & highlighted the manuals for maintenance on the equipment. We discussed the maintenance very thoroughly. Toni also told me to contact her with any questions or concerns. When leaving the Life DME Merrillville office, I felt confident knowing I would have Toni for support. I would recommend anyone receiving any C-pap equipment to be in contact with Toni Snyder-Cline.
