Ocasio’s True Martial Arts cares for only one thing – money; not their students. They lack transparency when they explain their sign up fee, monthly charges, uniform charges and belt graduation fees. All told it’s about 250 per month for a very inferior product. Sensai Kyoshi was taking money out of my checking account without permission, I explained in June that my son would not be attending for the month of July and August but he still withdrew the monthly charges and I’m now forced to take him to small claims court to get my money back. I gave Ocasio’s 15 months to fulfill their promises of what they would do to help my son as a person and they never delivered. They put an incompetent, non black belt instructor in charge of seven 4-5 year olds twice a week and she had no control over the kids. Talk is cheap but Ocasio’s True Martial Arta is not. They don’t return emails with questions or they will email at 9PM on Friday saying the class time on Saturday has changed, so I would show up 15-20 minutes early or 15-20 minutes late.
