The Disney Store has a fantastic staff of kind, helpful, and outgoing people. They are also very adamant about following the state guidelines regarding mask wearing. Excellent store!!!

The line to get in was full of people without masks. People put the masks on briefly to enter but then once inside removed them again and no employees were around to tell them to put them back on. We even saw a family try on masks by taking them out of the package and then said they didn't like them and put them back on the shelf. Won't be back.

We went in to 2 stores while my daughter was wearing no mask, and we were wearing ours. No questions, no problems. Well we go in to the Disney store, and we were stopped at the door. When asked about her, we explained that she has some autism/sensory issues, and that we don't make her wear a mask because of that. She's 2. They pushed and said we were required to at least try, so we did. Secondly, I was wearing a mask that has a straw hole, covered by a snap. They also required me to remove that one and wear a flimsy disposable mask that probably does less. I'm not one to start a mask debate, but if an autistic child is forced to do something they aren't comfortable with they will melt down, sometimes uncontrollably, for an extended period of time. Someone in a kids store should understand that. The only reason we even kept shopping was because Amara was already in the store and really interested in it. This issue is AS IMPORTANT as the wearing a mask issue. Educate yourself about autism/sensory issues if you're going to work in a kids store, and if a parent says it's a problem, either trust them or ask them to leave. End of rant.

I spent twelve years living in Florida, three of those with my kid(s). It was where they were born, and we had a tradition of going to Disney for their birthdays. It's something they've missed since we moved to New Hampshire, so finding this Disney store almost felt like finding \home.\ :) They have a great selection of toys, a lot of children's apparel, and a few fun things for grown-ups, too. If you have the Disney credit card, be sure to bring it for a discount on your purchases. (That made clearance outlet prices even lower. Nice!) My daughter was excited to hear they were doing \Stitch Day\ on 6/26, so she dressed as Lilo and we enjoyed Stitch clips on the movie screen while we shopped. Friendly, helpful employees and a pleasant, clean store. Fits well with the Disney brand, for sure!
