I wish that I could give not even one star of a review for this company always a round transportation is not always around the guy who answer the phone said that he did not have anybody near Cocoa rockledge or Merritt island how do you run a taxi service called always around transportation and not be around.

His friendliness, kindness and attention to detail is a valuable asset to your company. He took care of my passenger...a stranger to him... as though he were his very own friend. I have to say that this cab company is the best in Brevard county! I first used this company back in the beginning of 2015 when it was Pay What You Want and owned by a different person. I called a cab to get home from work and was very weary about using cab services especially at night. The cab arrived within 15 minutes to pick me up. My driver was Cameron. Which owns the company now under Always Around Transportation. Cameron was very friendly, made me feel completely comfortable and his car was clean, well maintained and smelled good. Cameron drive me home that night and changed my perspective of riding in cabs. The ride was nice, safe and priced very fairly. I ended up using this service for 2 years for my rides to and from work after that first night. Now Cameron has bought the company and brought in several different new vehicles to his fleet and continues to make the company better every day. Anytime I come across any needing a cab, I always recommend Always Around Transportation! They will get you to where you have to go on time and with reasonable rates.
Great service
Always Around Transportation gets 5 stars for being there when we needed them with competitive pricing. A friend of ours needed to be seen at the ER. He does not drive, and is limited on funds. He was going to take the bus the next day. to the ER. We let him know that we would take him to the ER last night and make sure he got home. We waited with him until 11:30 pm. We told him to call us if they do not admit him and we would pick him up. The ER did not admit him; however they treated his symptoms. He called at 3:15 AM to be picked up. We where not able to return to get him so I was going to have to log into uber (download app, reset password) and once I ordered have to worry if they picked him up or not. It was 3:15 AM, and I was not going to go through all that and make him wait any longer. I called Always Around Transportation-spoke to an actual person (Todd) to coordinate his pick up location and payment over the phone. The Taxi ride was affordable. He got home shortly after, and said his taxi ride with Rachel was pleasant. I called Always Around Transportation later in the morning to confirm the final fare amount and spoke with Tara. she was absolutely customer service focused, and confirmed the amount which did not exceed what I told over the phone when quoted by Todd. Todd, Tara, and Rachel Thank you for help. We know who to call when we are in a pickle!
