I brought in my whole lawn mower (they removed the blade and reassembled) , Bush trimmer, and a few knives at one time. The lady that worked the front was extremely friendly and informative. They had everything ready to go for me the next day. The price was great for everything done and I will be back to get my mother in laws kitchen knives sharpened soon. Awesome and convenient service
First visit to have pocket knives sharpened and he did a great job. Good price, quick turnaround, cool selection of knives for sale and he was friendly and personable.
After 5 years of looking for a good and reliable mobile sharpening company, they found me! Got a call from them yesterday, scheduled an appointment for today and Charlie came right out and sharpened 2 of my upholstery shears and a foam sculpting knife for me. He did a great job and I'll definitely be using them for my future sharpening needs.
RETRACTION: I received an immediate response from the owner of Samurai Sharp with an apology for not responding to my problem.....it was just a miscommunication. A new knife was ordered for me and I picked it up last week! Thank you, Dave, for handling my problem with class and expediency! Five stars for your concern! Also, thank you for the free sharpening certificate. You could not have done better! OLD REVIEW: I guess I am the only unhappy customer after utilizing Samural Sharp's services. This bears notice though. Brought a number of my expensive knives into their shop and was satisfied with the sharpening, Was sad that they lost a paring knife then \found\ it, but it was not my knife, and they didn't care. Said they do not keep records of the items they sharpen. I got brushed off......too bad!
