I had the pleasure of having my grandfather clock serviced with them in September, they were up front with us on the time it would take to fix, to the price for in home service and the warranty. I would recommend them 100% if your looking for them for clock repair!!
I brought the face of a contemporary grandfather clock which had bent hands as well as 2 other desk clocks to see if they could be repaired. The desk clocks were irreparable but I was delighted that the hands on the grandfather clock were straightened and the clock was once again functional. I was even MORE delighted when there was no charge for the 3 clocks. This is a wonderful family business.
In my opinion, this is the only, only place to take your clocks and watches for repair of any sort. The owner and his son work on pieces together and have many, many years of experience. The owners are extremely honest and extremely fair and do excellent work. When you go into their shop, you are not just another number, but are treated as more of a friend. There is a nice selection of new clocks, vintage clocks and antique clocks. You just do not find this type of customer relations anymore - it truly is something special to have found them!
I was so pleased with the service I received at the Gift of Time Clock Shop in Merton, WI. They repaired a wall clock for me that others shops told me was not fixable. The price was fair and they were kind, gracious and honest in the shop. My clock is ticking on the wall as I write! I couldn't be more pleased. Lisa Primrose
