I went to this dermatologist at the beginning of 2018 for laser treatment on psoriasis on my chest,neck, and ears. I had the same person doing the treatment for about a year until one day she was out sick and a new trainee did the laser treatment on me... usually everytime you go in, they increase the heat little by little. Well this time, I was wondering huh, this kinda burns way more than before, maybe it’s because they increased it. The next day after laser treatment, I was stuck with second degree burns. The lady went too close to my skin than she was supposed to and left me in total pain for 2 weeks straight- I could not sleep comfortably, I could barely move my neck, COMPLETE PAIN! I felt TERRIBLE! And here’s some photos to show how bad it was, we couldn’t even sue them either because “burns can happen during treatment”... yeah i don’t think so... VERY disappointed by this place.

I have had Dr. Glick at AAP Dermatology treating me for a serious skin condition and skin cancer for the past 12 years and cannot say enough good things about his skill and professional manner in treating my needs. As for the staff they have always been professional and courteous. I read some other reviews that were critical and negative and all I can say about them is that some people are never pleased no matter how well they might be treated.

I was recommended to AAP by a friend. They removed a cyst from my upper back and left an unsightly unnecessarily large scar. I believe they pulled the stitches too early. They're the doctor so I listened to them. The incision was much larger than the cyst too. This was 2 years ago and I'm stuck with this stretched out scar. Not happy.

I purposely drove 20 minutes out of my way to come here because of the doctors at this practice, however I can’t believe how rude the office staff was to me. I’m honestly taken aback at how they treat patients. I definitely won’t be coming back and won’t be recommending this practice anymore.
