Jeff and team are very professional and quick! His entire team is very well versed on ensuring the safety of a wall mirrors and glass installation. They give recommendations for care and clean up after they are finished. After a reno mishap, his team still came out and took care of everything. If you're looking for quality care for your mirrors and glass, Action Glass is where you need to go! Demetrius and his workmate were awesome today. I can't this team enough for showing up the way they did. Customer service with a family feel, thanks again gents!

I recently went for an estimate, Jeff told me he will do it in an hour...a week went by and nothing, so no problem, i always give a second chance, made a second trip to their shop to ask him for the estimate and i was told by Jeff that he will send it by email, a week later, NOTHING that's how unreliable they are

This is the worst company to do business with and I would not recommend it to anyone. A one star rating is too high. I have been waiting 6 weeks for my shower glass to arrive after being told it would only be 7 - 14 days. I do not receive any update calls and I do not receive call backs when i leave messages. They requested 50% payment at time of order and at this point I am just trying to get a refund of my down payment so I can move on from this nightmare. Two days after writing above review I finally received a call asking to schedule the install. The install went well and the technicians were nice. Upon completion, I was given the final amount owed by the onsite install team and paid the amount requested. In looking at the reply from the owner of the company, Jeff, he doesn't take responsibility for his company's shortcomings and also blames me for shorting him in the amount owed. My final thoughts on this company are that is that it appears the company itself is fine as long as you don't deal with the owner.

Amazing business model. More company's in Arizona need to take the care, response to their field and well professionalism that my experience has been with this company. From first call to finish install i have been impressed. the team of installers - love them. Great young men, knew what they were doing, on time, respectful, great work - impressed. --- the glass was the last peice of the major bath remodel. Just wish everyone else who pitched in along the way had earned more than 2 1/2 stars. thank you Tenisha and your great team. I will certainly recommend Action Glass as often as i can.
