I have a new appreciation for the water restoration business and an even greater appreciation for Adams Restoration. After experiencing a flood in the middle of the night, my stress and uncertainty about what to do next was quelled by the folks at Adam's within minutes of my call. A technician (Brad) arrived at my home in less than 30 minutes and completely provided my wife and I relief. He was professional, considerate and extremely thorough. Although he drew the short-straw on covering late-night emergencies that night, I couldn't have asked for better customer service. I was also impressed with the use of what seemed to be, state-of-the-art technology. Brad used an electronic tablet to take pictures and start my file. This system provided a cohesive service delivery (eliminating any gaps in communication) for us throughout the entire process, no matter who we spoke to at Adams. On that note, I need to recognize Morgan who assisted me by phone later in the process. Although Morgan works at the office (not in the field), he was able to answer questions about our situation seamlessly and with confidence, despite not being our specific technician. Again, we received exceptional customer service and professionalism. I don't usually take the time to post reviews and I am not easily impressed, but my experience with Adam's exceeded all expectations and is worthy of the recognition. Thank you Adams and keep doing what you're doing to ensure such a pleasant customer experience!

Let me just start by saying... this is THE MOST UNDERRATED COMPANY. They were phenomenal in every aspect from water mitigation to rebuild. Both teams are absolutely on point with their work. I was very nervous when I read the reviews on Google but now I realize how misleading they are. A lot of people don’t understand how this process works. It gets worse before it gets better. Who would like fans and dehumidifiers in their home? Or packing you belongings into a pod infront of your house while they restore damaged rooms? They do this because it’s the RIGHT way to do it. They know how to prevent secondary damages and get you covered for all of your losses. I did not have to speak to my adjuster at all, they handled everything and I’m so glad I went with Adams D & R. 5/5 STARS!!!
So I had a kitchen leak not to long ago that did some damage! I believe the guys name was Shane who came out. Anyways, he managed to come out relatively fast and did the work. Dried everything up and restored it to look better then it did before! Highly recommend it!
Was referred to adams by my plumber and they were absolutely amazing and did an amazing job. Kept everything contained and clean during demolition which was a huge surprise to me. I was mainly concerned because I have a baby and they kept my house spotless through the entire process! They then sent the rebuild team in and they payed a huge attention to detail. Would definitely recommend again.
