Joe morrow is as unprofessional as they come. Wouldn't buy from this company, customer service is a joke. Oh yeah good luck or returns/refunds. They beg you in multiple place not to give them a bad review, must be because they know it's coming.

We bought an airbag system from these guys a few years ago. Just getting around to installing it. These guys had no problem helping us along with our orphaned project. Jimmer was especially helpful. Great experience. Thanks!

Unfortunately, I’m am very dissatisfied with the whole experience dealing Airbagit/Chassis Tech as they have been unprofessional throughout the entire transaction. Because of their mistake of sending me the wrong size spring, I paid 315 to get the front lowering springs and rear flip kit professionally installed. In order to get the correct springs installed, the shops were asking 160 in labor. I asked that they do what is right, by abiding by Airbagit/Chassis Tech’s 100% satisfaction guarantee and compensate me for the labor costs that you guys are accountable for as it was Airbagit/Chassis Tech’s lack of professionalism and attention to detail sending me the wrong springs(twice) and unnecessarily costing me money. The company not doing so is the exact reason why I am disappointed working with this company and have 0% satisfaction at this point. Not only did they send the wrong springs twice, they were not genuine in their communication. Joe (the manager) stated that they were going to take full accountability and compensate me for the mistake but then proceeded to not respond to email communication. This type of business is what destroys Airbagit/Chassis Tech’s reputation and is toxic to the motor vehicle and business industry as a whole. This has been a distasteful, low quality, zero star, horrible experience overall.

Ordered online and received them promptly, installation went well about 8 hours total to install air bags and in-cab controller. Nice hardware, everything fit together well. Would recommend to others.
