I have had they system for 4 days now and have to say this is the best purchase I have made for my new home! Patricia (the sales rep) was knowledgeable and extremely professional. I felt confident in purchasing the unit. And Josh (the technician/installer) was prompt and took the time to explain they system and answer any questions I had! I feel like I've added new life to my house!

Tony and I spoke on the phone about having someone come and give us a demonstration for a water treatment system for our home. We set up an appointment for Patricia to come and demonstrate their Aqua Safe equipment. Patricia spent several hours explaining how the system works. She also performed numerous water tests using the tap water in our home. She was very thorough, pleasant, and was definitely knowledgeable about the product she was selling. We ended up buying one of their systems and I can honestly say within less than a day my husband and I both noticed a considerable improvement in our drinking water and when taking a shower. The installation of the system was done very professionally and courteously by the installers who also cleaned up after themselves. The unit is still new to us so long term I don't know how it will be. However, compared to another water softener and RO system we used in another home we occupied, this system is by far more superior to the previous one we used. I highly recommend this company and make sure you ask for Patricia to give you a demonstration. You won't be disappointed!

I had a mostly great experience. Patricia was great and very informative. Not pushy at all. The only reason I stopped at 4 stars is because within 24 hours I developed a water leak and had to shut the water off to the house till they could come back the next day to repair the leak. A small inconvenience yes but still an inconvenience. It was promptly fixed and we love the soft water!!

Our products were installed perfectly! The two gentlemen that came to install it all were very friendly, respectful, and informative. They were polite and careful with our belongings as they installed the water softener. We even got a follow up call a few hours later to ensure that we understood everything. We are happy we chose this company. Very professional.
