Don’t list yourself as in network to get new patients, then say “Your insurance wants you to go to Banner,” when the reality is, you are choosing not to honor your contractual agreement with UHC to provide care! Because you don’t like the reimbursement rate you signed up for!
DO NOT GO HERE. I went one time and they've sent me to collections twice already. First time was because they \forgot\ to bill my insurance. Second time is right now months later and I'm currently spending another day trying to fix this. Don't waste your time here.
