Been going to Arizona arthritis for almost 2 years. When I arrived the first time, I was in so much daily pain from head to toe. They took the time to properly diagnose my condition and start me on an aggressive treatment to relieve my daily pain and then ease me into my long-term care plan. The staff is very nice and takes time to help me understand what the medicines do before I start any regimen. It is also great that they have x-ray and labs on site so you do not have to make another trip.

Overall they are good source for your arthritis needs. Front desk check in is a joke. Blood draws are an all day thing even of you have N appointment. They have one person doing them and it usually is hour to 1 1/2 hour wait if not more. No seats to wait as they're blocked off or too many people waiting. There online message center is the only means of getting messages to a PA as you deal with the PA not a Doctor. PA is OK she answers your questions. Overall I am satisfied.
