I've been going here for a year and a half....starting out in a wheelchair, crippled with pain. Today, after 4 surgeries to kill the nerves in different key areas of my spine, I am 85% pain-free!! The entire office is amazing, from the front desk to the medical assistants to the doctors (Dr. Ryklin being my doc....who I HIGHLY recommend!!!) Even the assistants in the procedure room are cheerful, compassionate, and knowledgeable. If you're looking for a spine or pain management doctor...this is definitely the place to go!

My husband has extreme neck pain and could barely move. We saw on their website that they take same day appointments. We called them and they said we needed to call the insurance to see if they are covered. We called our insurance like they wanted and our insurance covered it and they said they we didn’t need a referral to see them. And on arizona pain and spine center they even said they take referrals from patients and doctors so we figured it wouldn’t be a problem. So we called them back and they said they needed a referral from the doctor, which would have been nice to know the first time we called since we wasted so much time. So we called our primary and got them to send a referral but by that time arizona pain and spine was closed. We called first thing in the morning to make sure they got it and they told us to call back on monday! We told them we couldn’t wait that long and we were hoping to be seen since their website said same day. The girl we spoke to said no that they were pretty booked up and so were the other locations and the next available appointment was in mid February. They weren’t even willing to even ask the doctors if they could squeeze us in just to look, even at a different office! We ended up calling another pain center all together and even though they were booked up they asked and were able to squeeze us in so my husband could actually move his neck. These people were a complete waste of time and we could have gotten help a day earlier if not for the run around.
