We were very happy with the level of service, from specifically Paula and Chris. Our propane tanks started leaking and Paula worked hard to get a technician over within hours of my desperate phone call. She remained in constant contact and kept me in the loop as she was searching to find someone in the area. She also helped me detect where the leak may be coming from over the phone. She was kind and reassuring. The technician, Chris, made it over that day and immediately determined the issue, stopped the leak, and completed repairs the following day. He was personable, explained the issues, and was incredibly respectful, wearing a mask at all time on our property even though he was outdoors the entire time. We are so grateful to Arizona Propane for taking such great care of us in a timely manner. We will use them for all our future propane needs.
Knowedgable in everything propane. Great service & repairs, quick fillips, easy in out location for RVs even if towing (once you know where this location is - 1st we had to look a little)
Competitive priced propane refills. They are in a weird location but it is worth the trip. Everyone there is friendly. Keep up the good work Az Propane!
