I love this office. They just expanded and the office is huge and very nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable in helping my family pick out glasses. They went above in beyond in assisting me with my insurance. I will tell all of my friends about this optometrist.

I have gone to Dr. Olsen's office for the last few years and I am absolutely appalled at how they completely bulldozed over my 18 year old daughter as she went in on her own to figure out how to get new glasses that broke. She ended up walking out of the office paying close to 400 for glasses because she felt there was no other choice. When called to cancel the order we were told thats not possible. When we called again we were told she should have asked more questions if she didn't understand...for an office to be run so deceptively is mind blowing. I had loved the doctor but the office staff is why I will never return to this office. As a patient coming to your office in trust and confidence you should feel you will be taken care. I would caution you, you will not be...this should be a top priority, this is obviously not the case with this office staff!!

I love this place. I’ve been coming here for years and I love the doctor, Dr. Olsen. Family owned, caring, super friendly. They are way more extensive then other places I’ve gone, with up to date modern machinery etc. Super nice large comfy office with spacious seating. Lots of glasses selection and very clean. The opticians are very knowledgeable and helpful when picking out glasses and contacts.

I’ve been taking my children to see Dr. Olsen for years. I too have been a patient. My teenager went to an appt yesterday to update her prescription after losing her glasses but I was not there with her. Dr.Olsen was the only one not wearing a mask. He did not put one on at any time during his time with my daughter. I called the office today to ask if that is his stance everyday and they confirmed he does not wear a mask and asked if I would like to talk to him. I declined because I don’t feel there is a reason that would justify not wearing a mask during a pandemic while face to face with patients. I am extremely disappointed that someone in the medical field would not take every precaution to keep his patients safe. It is this reason alone we won’t be returning to this office.
