The stone care experts from Arizona Stone care just left our home and we couldn't be more pleased! Hank came out, looked over the jobs that needed to be done, and got us scheduled quickly. Zack and his team did a phenomenal job of making our stone look its best and took great care to protect the areas adjoining the stone. The grout in the kitchen area particularly was very discolored and we weren't sure it would even be possible to clean it - but they are miracle workers! It looks like new tile. Our stone shower needed a lot of TLC and the tile on the floor of the shower needed to be regrouted as it was crumbling away. It looks fantastic now. As we saw what they could do with the original jobs we hired them for, we were so pleased that we found MORE things for them to do - we had them do the granite countertops throughout the house and refinish the stone on our barbecue as well. Before leaving, Zack explained how to maintain the surfaces and advised us on the products that would be best suited to the stone. We will be on a maintenance plan with Arizona Stone Care to keep things looking as spectacular as they do now - they are absolutely the best.

What a fantastic experience. Hank was great to work with. Very prompt communication, very honest discussions, excellent site visit and quote. Nothing left to the imagination. Everything was professionally discussed, summarized, thorough and to the point. My wife and I actually watched AZ Stone Care do the work on our travertine. It was like watching a well-orchestrated and well-oiled machine working. It was a pleasure. The work was meticulous, and everything was done very carefully - especially paying close attention to keeping sealer, sand, etc. out of the pool as the guys were working on the tile. We enjoyed the process and thought the pricing was very very fair, especially considering the attention to detail. Nice job guys! Highly recommended.
Hank and his team did an amazing job restoring our travertine pavers. Everything turned out awesome and we feel much better knowing our investment in the backyard is protected for years to come.
Our tan tile with tumbled edges and divots had become extremely ugly (dirty) to the point that I was seriously considering going through the pain of having it torn up and replaced. If you have ever had the experience of having tile torn up, it is not something you ever want to do twice in your life. Thus we resorted to having our tile professionally cleaned and sealed. We scheduled an appointment to get an estimate to have our tile cleaned with Hank at Arizona Stone Care. Zack showed up right on time and spent a good amount of time to explain the process of cleaning and sealing the tile and how the came up with his estimate. On the scheduled date, Zack and his crew (Matt and Jordan) showed up on time and got right to work. Everyone was professional, friendly, polite and hardworking. They started with protecting the areas they would be working in with plastic and got right to work cleaning the tile. Two things that I look for in any contractor that does work in my house is that, one, they are considerate of protecting areas of my house that could be damaged by what they do. Secondly, that they communicate with me what they are doing, and ask me if they have any questions as the work progresses. They passed this test with flying colors far exceeding my expectations. The end result is that they did a fantastic job while respecting my house as if it were their own. The tile was so clean when they finished that it made our house look brand new. Bottom line- when we need our tile cleaned again, Arizona Stone Care will be our first phone call. Always do your diligence when selecting a contractor, but I would give the edge to Arizona Stone Care, Hank and Zack if you need your tile cleaned.
