I'm an avid cross stitcher and live in northern AZ so it's 200 miles one way if I want to go get something. That's not going to happen. I dislike having to call them if I want something. I'd do more business with them if they had an online shop. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

This is a great place for your \average\ embroiderer. However, they lack the materials for Brazilian emboirdery and Chinese silk threads that are actually made of silk.

Pricey,but wonderful visit. I had hard time with fabric..they have it scattered about, but an employee was great about helping me!. They are heavy into samplers!
