Outstanding customer service, honest and they know what they’re talking about. Smaller company, family owned and very friendly. We shopped several of the larger businesses and they were more about just making a sale than what we wanted. I would highly recommend Auto Corral RV to anyone. You won’t be disappointed.

We ordered our Salem Hemisphere 25RBHL from the factory through Auto Corral RV and are really glad we did. From the first day we contacted the dealership to the day we finally signed papers a few months later we had great customer service from everyone we dealt with. They were extremely friendly, professional and helpful in every phase of the purchase. We had a couple minor warranty issues and they got it resolved ASAP. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good deal and great customer service.

Absolutely the best experience we have ever had dealing with sales personnel. Everyone goes above and beyond your expectations. Not the biggest dealership in town but probably the best.

Not sure how to rate Auto Corral. They did try to make things right but not sure about their service techs. The first RV we bought from them almost burned down right outside if f Flagstaff, this was after waiting weeks to get the RV. We sold our home and we're basically homeless, all because the RV was not ready. We finally got the RV only to have major problems. They said the techs looked it over but we had to bring it back several times for repairs. Once we finally thought it was good, we took off for the east coast to have it start smoking and almost catching on fire outside of Flagstaff. We lost items due to the smoke and had to be rescued by friends in the middle of the night. They did allow us to bring it back and we exchanged for another RV. The second RV had several issues as well and had to be brought back for repairs as well several times. We appreciated that they allowed us to exchange it, but where we finally had it was once we had left the state we turned the generator on for the air so we could sleep and realized that the generator was leaking into the cabin and they had disconnected all of the carbon monoxide detectors. How does a technician not determine that the carbon monoxide detectors are defective, after they promised us that they had been through the RV with a fine tooth comb? The generator was one of the things we were having issues with, and they said they had repaired the generator. They sold us two unsafe RVs that could have killed us and our pets. We appreciate that they allowed us to exchange the RV, but the fact that I don’t believe their service techs have any kind of list to work off of, they don’t seem to care about customer safety, and that they don’t seem to be organized....you can imagine our frustration. The owner seemed super nice and Zach.seems like a good guy but they need better techs. After finding the carbon monoxide detectors I can’t in good conscious recommend them because of their techs.
