I had such a great experience getting my hair done on Friday!! Kayla(blue hair) did my hair and it turned out amazing. My balayage is just how I wanted it and my cut is perfect. She’s great and I highly suggest you book an appointment with her. Definitely check out Avalon for all your beauty needs!

I had the BEST experience here. My hairstylist Felicia Goodro took such care with my hair and made sure I was absolutely in love with it before I left. I'm so in love with it! Such a friendly fun time and couldn't be happier with the end product!

I was in on Monday February 1st to get a hair cut. Jessica Thomas was my beautician. She was great. Good eye contact, listen to what I was thinking about doing with my current hair situation. She gave me some feedback and went over the processes I would be going through that night. She was confident in her ability to do what we spoke about. My only complaint would be at no fault to her is the water temperature. Water temperature was cold, no warm water to wash or rinse. Someone from the schools did finally come and say that a plumber was coming the next day. When I left the school I was very pleased and excited about my “look”. I would recommend Jessica Thomas to friends to help her throughout her adventure.

Loved my experience at Avalon! Autumn was confident, listened to my needs, professional, and positive. She ensured I felt comfortable and knew what was going on every step of the way. I love my new color and can’t be happier with my service there. I highly recommend Autumn if you need some color in your life.

I am a student at a different school and I have been looking into different schools to transfer to and was recommended by my friend who went there to check this school out. I’ve spoke to this school twice now and both times the admissions rep, Toni, has been unpleasant to work with during this experience. I would assume from a business standpoint you would want to encourage the potential students to come to your school. Yet, instead I have been told not to transfer here due to costs and test outs. I had some reasonable and basic questions, but she kept saying how I need to talk to Mary Ann and that I need to test first. I understand the process, but I feel the questions that I asked it was not necessary for such a runaround. During the whole conversations that I’ve had with her she talked to me in a condescending and belittling tone. I am not incompetent and I do not appreciate being talked to in such a way. I was never disrespectful and truly just want to complete my education. After I get off the phone, I then am harassed by several back to back phone calls from Toni. She said that I called her again when I did not and then proceeded to say that I needed to talk to Mary Ann because “this is a school and they need to be upheld by a standard” she said this as if she was implying that I do not have standards. I don’t know who is in charge here, but Toni is not a good representation/advocate for this school. I am very disappointed and will be letting everyone know not to go to this school.
