I’ve rented from Brandon twice now and have had great experiences both times. Easy pick up and drop off. First rental was one of his Rzrs which was a blast for our family. Second rental we took one of the toy haulers up North and had a great time. We really appreciated the heater on the cold mornings! Brandon’s employee Jarred gave us his number and let us know to call/text anytime with questions. He was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Will definitely be renting from BoysToysRentals/AZ Adventure Rentals again!

Rented out 2 sideXsides for a bachelor party weekend and the service was great. When one rzr wasn't working when we picked up, we we're upgraded to a nicer machine without added costs. We had an issue with one while out in the desert but we were able to swap it out at night for a different one to stop our next day from being ruined. All in all I highly suggest this company for rentals. Great service and great machines.
Don’t waste your hard earned money here! I should have a seen the red flags- lesson learned. Upon reservation and collection of deposit, there was no formal email confirmation and or contract sent. I did let Brandon know I never got it. He sent a text saying I was good to go on said date and that deposite was collected. Since there was no contract presented until the day of our reservation, I had a few questions which were answered after multiple calls and texts. Hard to get a hold of. The day of, Brandon did take the time to show us how to start the boat and even showed us that “it worked”. What we didn’t know, and he later shared, was that he had the battery charging with another battery at that time. We get to the river and the pontoon does not start. When I called, he shared he had the boat’s battery charging before we took it out and asked us to “jiggle the wires” or find someone to jump us...After backing up the docK for longer than allowed, we find a kind man who helped us charge the battery for one hour. We were advised to not turn off the boat the entire time on the lake- which we didn’t in fear that it would again not run. If you made it this far, you should know this boat had candy wrappers, empty cigaret packs and other trash in place of where missing cup holders would go and looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in years. When I reached out for a refund, Brandon said he has to consult his brother. Days later, I reached out to him again.. I was told that he waved gas (35) and a cleaning fee for chip crumbs in the carpet (40). Unlike some of the reviews, I now read, we did get our deposit thank God. He did offer a 30 percent off our next rental. We will not be renting again from here, ever.

I highly recommend BTR. This is the 3rd year my family and I have rented an RV for our annual camping trip. We rented from a place in Mesa the first two years and had horrible experiences. I don't recall how I found BTR, but glad I connected with them. Reasonable prices, RV was in great shape and the owner was extremely nice. Looking forward to renting from them next year.
