I purchased a Groupon for laser vein treatments. At the appointment, I was told that I required more than 1 treatment and that only 1 vein treatment would not do much. They up-sold me on a 2000 package (10 laser treatments and 4 sclerotherapy.) They told me that they could not credit the Groupon, toward the package because if they did it that way it would be more expensive. I did the 2 sclerotherapy first. The injections seemed very superficial and not going into my veins. I walked out with my legs completely bruised. I thought that the injections would make the veins disappear the way I have seen on youtube. That was not the case. After about two months, I was going to go for my second treatment. My legs looked worse so I decided to call them and tell them I did not want to continue treatments. They said since I had already paid 800 up front that all they could do the last 2 sclerotherapy treatments, therefore each sclerotherapy would amount to 200 each. Thinking, I may see results the second appointment, I went ahead and went. It has now been 5 months since the first treatment and 3 months since my second treatment. My legs look worse than when I first went in. The staff were friendly however, I would not go back because of the way they luring people in from Groupon. I had to call Groupon to get my refund from them. This clinic told me to tell Groupon that I did not medically qualify for the treatment and that way Groupon would refund me. Since, Groupon refunded me, I was not able to do a review on the Groupon site. Just a warning, if you purchase a Groupon, they will tell you the Groupon is useless and try to up-sell you. I didn’t mind paying for more treatments at first but when I saw that my legs were actually more veiny after the treatments, I refuse to go back.

Scheduled a consult and when I came in they got me back in the room and were about to start a session. I had just planned on getting a consult and asking questions about the procedure. Instead I felt like getting the session done was more important to them then telling me all I needed to know. The staff were nice and courteous but eager to get my money. The price seemed a bit outrageous. I just wanted to remove a tattoo made up of four letter that's are only about an 2 square inches ans the price was 140 per session and I would need 8 to start with. That's about 1200 for something I paid less than 100 for.
Very friendly staff! Great experience here! Very clean office! Totally reccomend this place!
Excellent specials ofert and customer service.
Not so great. They try to sell you more than what you paid for and you find our it's not a good deal
