The doctors here are not only rude, but negligent. I ended up having to go to mexico for treatment because they refused to diagnose me due to mental illness.

The nurse and doctor I saw were absolutely great. However, I saw so many employees not wearing masks or wearing them improperly, that I would think twice before bringing a loved one here. If you look in the pictures, you'll see a picture of an employee wearing no mask in the waiting room while working. This man say down to complain to another employee not far away from me, wearing a mask around his neck. The young male employees that weren't nurses all had their mask under their nose. If an employee can't wear a mask or can't wear it properly, they should be sent home or terminated. At least the nurses and doctors wore their masks.

My wife was in the Banner Emergency Room in Mesa Az on Dobson on April 1. She was in there for about an hour and a half. So There is a nearly 11000 bill from that that they never sent me. I was just checking claims and noticed. They say they filed a claim with my insurance company, but I believe they filed it with the wrong group number. It does not appear with my list of claims. I have reached out to them several times to file a claim correctly but they for some reason don't do that. I have had the Insurance company BCBS reach out to them to make sure they had all the information they needed. She said they said they would be filing a claim. I don't know if this is some kind of scam to avoid accepting the insurance discount form their nearly 11000 an hour bill. But I assure you I will be following up with complaints to any insurance regulatory and if this isn't filed soon I will be checking with the AZ Atty Gen office to see about filing a complaint. Also the DR had a 2000 bill that he did the same thing. The collection Agency said it was a DR SMITH Finally radiology submitted their claim for about2000 Anyway aoubt 15000 in claims for a bit over an hour.
