Worst experience I've ever had at a doctor's office thanks to the receptionist Hannah. I see a lot of negative reviews for this office and now I know why.

Yesterday, I drove my sister to her 3:45 pm with Dr Win Toe. When we arrived the receptionist told us that he would be available on time. Dr Toe was actually an hour late in seeing my sister. The receptionist should be more knowlegeable about the Dr's schedule. Dr. Toe's spent 5 minutes with my sister and recommended that she have another cat scan for comparison. While I do not have a medical degree, I do know have a math degree. A comparative analysis is a waste of time and resources and will not provide the information that my sister urgently needs.

I had a appointment today 8-14-18 @ 3:30pm I showed up @ 3 after I got called a month ago saying I was approved for Botox, after waiting till my appointment time a office women/nurse comes and and informs me that she didn’t know I had a secondary insurance and that they didn’t run it through my secondary so I couldn’t get the Botox today, she said her system only showed the one, considering I’ve been seen there before they should have known about both of my insurances. I should have been told before I came, I really should have been told before I sat for 30 minutes I wasted gas and got child care to wait 30 minutes to hear a sorry

Dr. Bellos was rude, not willing to listen to my concerns or full symptoms and rushed me through her evaluation. The other staff was very kind, I wish the doctors attitude matched that of her receptionists.
