Well i had my right hip replaced here and i have never been treated like i have here. I asked for my meds and got laughed at and the lady that called my girlfriend was very mean to both of us. They were spos to call my family after and didnt do so intell i ask to leave. When i have my other side done it will not be done here.

My disabled brother was scheduled to have cataract surgery, he is his own guardian. He sighed all the paperwork, they started the iv, administered all the eye drops and as they were getting ready to take him back, they decide he is not competent to sign for himself and cancel. Would never recommend this facility to any one. Why would they start an iv and prepare for surgery if he wasn’t competent to make decisions? They all knew upfront of his disability as they made me jump through hoops with Dr’s clearances . Very unorganized.

Very uncaring staff who rush through the entire procedure. My check in nurse literally told me because I was their last patient of the day and they were running ahead of schedule by an hour that I had to get my pick up ride there immediately or my surgery needed to be rescheduled. Incredibly nerve racking to have to have surgery and then to be rushed with my well being and health is absurd! This outpatient center needs to be reviewed by the AZ Health Department; horrible atmosphere and staff.

What a wonderful \feel\ in your facility! Each person I encountered was so caring, calm, and capable. They truly worked as a team, and I heard lots of \Thank you\ and \You're welcome\ as they assisted each other in my prep, surgery and recovery. And today, I received a card thanking me for giving them the opportunity to care for me. I will HIGHLY recommend your facility because of your staff.

I was super impressed my surgeon Dr. Raia was very professional and fast. The pre-op and post-op nurses we're very nice, comforting and informative thank you so much Annie and Hannah! My anesthesiologist i believe her name was Dr lee wasalso very nice and made me feel comfortable since I was very nervous. I would recommend your hospital to others because of the staff they are amazing people
