I contacted Barbara Ann from a Google search and had her add a zipper to a button up denim jacket I have. It turned out EXACTLY as I had hoped!! Not sure why anyone would consider her rude or lacking customer service (post on google review). She was polite, prompt and did a great job! I told her I'd definitely contact her with future needs. Highly recommend her services if you're in need!

Barbara is extremely professional, has quick turn around times, and the quality of her alterations exceed expectations. I’ve taken multiple military uniforms for her to alter and they have all been completed to standard at very reasonable prices. Her business is one I would recommend to anyone.
I have been coming to the laundromat for 2 years now and I must say she is a little rude I don't care though, I wash my cloths and don't acknowledge her....but how sad it is to see someone act in such a way. The cleaning guy at night I believe his name is Clifford very quite gentleman and very respectful and friendly. Maybe Barbara Anne should learn from him on good customer service.
