Awesome store with superb selection. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They did follow me around and keep a particularly close eye on me the whole time though. I guess that's a good thing to a certain extent, but I felt singled out. I bought some cool stuff though!! 700 lumen flashlight with 5 modes and adjustable focus beam for only like 25 bucks!

Stellar customer service! Today, I was at Big 5, and I saw manager Jan kindly tell a customer that they needed to wear a mask. I felt much better knowing that they are taking every precaution to make it a safe environment. Also the place was super clean, and I would live there.
