I purchased a refurbished laptop from them. It is a great computer. I had a problem loading some software once during quarantine..I called and left a message and I received a call within 30 minutes. Numkene helped me fix my issue and didn't charge, where at other places I would have been charged a service fee. The staff is friendly and helpful. My knowledge of current technology is some what limited;however, any questions I have had were explained to me in a way I could understand. Great company, excellent service, and friendly staff.
