This is the first branch that I visited after moving to AZ. The customer service is great! The staff members know me by name and they are always courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. My only negative comment is that \people come and go so quickly\ there. I have dealt with at least 4 different bankers in the 5.5 years that I have been in AZ. Thus far, the current manager, Debbie, has been the most consistent. She has never failed to help resolve any issue that I might have.

I was having some difficulty with my new account and it was making the whole experince discouraging. However when I visited in branch and met Debbie kKaya, she turned everything around and provide me polite and quick help. She resolved my issues as quick as possible and made a wonderful experience with BMO Harris. I went into that branch to close my account, and Debbie made me a member for life! Keep up the fantastic work!

Tried calling this branch to get some answers about my account. No one would answe the phone, and after 3 rings it hung up on me. I had to call back 5 times before I got someone. And she really knew very little. She said there were only 2 people working. Two people? On a friday afternoon at a bank? Probably will close my accounts. Its amateur hour over here.
