Two and a half years ago I bought my first wakeboard/surf boat from Boulder and it was a great experience. This week I bought my second. The reason that I didn't even look anywhere else was that during the last 2.5 years Boulder's service has been amazing. I constantly hear stories about other dealers in Phoenix taking forever to repair boats, and horror stories about buying experiences. I laugh and think that they should have bought from Boulder. I literally cannot say enough about how awesome Boulder has been.
This was the best boat buying experience ever. We worked with Neil Wahlberg over several months as we researched different boats with different dealers. Neil was extremely professional and knew everything about the boats he was selling. We asked him many, many questions over the months. He answered them all and helped us understand all our options. We were so happy to get that type of service from someone with so much experience and knowledge. The day we bought our boat went very smoothly. All the folks involved in the process were very courteous. From Matt who took us to the lake to demo the boat, to Joelyn Dickson who handled the sale and financing, to Chloe who helped pick out the right wake surfboards and other equipment. Before we left, Neil made sure to introduce us to Bayley Martin (warranty manager) and Philip Moore (service manager), both of whom seemed to be as equally professional, competent and friendly as everyone else we had worked with. This is the 6th boat I have owned and Neil was a pleasure to work with. No pressure just the right boat for our needs. Looking forward to playing and fishing in our new Chaparral H2O fish and ski!
