We rented for 15 years now and this is by far the best property management team we ever had. Service repairs and response time is fast. You submit a request and they are contacting you almost right away. They get repairmen out quick that are nice and professional. I will always rent from them in the future.

Absolutely terrible experience with everyone at this company for a year and a half out of the two years my wife and I rented our house out through Brewer and Stratton. We dealt with Noel in the beginning and it was amazing. She handed our property off to 3 different people after 6 months and from that point on it was no communication, deceit and laziness. I would have been so much better off renting it out on my own or going through an actual reputable company.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Worst experience. The property managers change every other week. The office does not return phone calls. Insane amount of fees. Look elsewhere if you are a tenant or an owner.

Brewer and Stratton has been responsive to every maintenance request I’ve put in. The workers are always friendly and very helpful. The last worker that came to fix the toilet was friendly and professional. He fixed the toilet in a matter of minutes!
