I really hate to leave a bad review, but I was counting on this service to help me get my house ready for sale. They did not clean what they said they would and checked off on their invoice.. cabinets, window sills, doors, baseboards. Its more like the did a light wipe over of everything. Now I'm sitting here recleaning my entire house. They are very friendly but didn't meet expectations .

My home has been cleaned by Busy Bee for 5 years now and it is not an easy task. The team of 3 to 4 members are able to clean 6 living spaces, 5 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms in about 3 hours. I can count on the floors to be free of dirt, stickiness or residual film from cleaning products. My bare feet couldn't be happier. The carpeted areas have those beautiful vacuum lines in them and my sectional even gets a thorough combing so it has the same lines! Counters and sinks are thoroughly cleaned as well as often handled drawer pulls and appliance handles. The house smells so clean and I consider the cleaning team my best friends for the day! Gloria and the cleaning team take feedback well and are kind and personable. I've hired other cleaners but I appreciate how quickly Busy Bee does such superb job for a great price.
We've tried a few other places before finding Busy Bee and we are so much happier with Busy Bee. They were in the low-middle area of the price range of the companies we tried. They do a great job cleaning the entire house and they are very consistent (so, there is no looking around for what they missed!). They always let us know the night before when they plan to arrive and keep us posted of any changes. We love them!
I try to park on Harmony and this company has all of his vans parked on the street and nothing in his driveway. I wish he would give the rest of us homeowners a place to park.
My husband and I work in real estate and we only trust Brandi to clean our clients homes or business. Great pricing and very thorough.
