I moved into Canyon Winds in Aug 2020, have never lived in an Assented Living, I looked at all the Amentias, now after Living here since I dont think they are as good as Posted, I have so many problems' here, (Medication, Cleaning service, Laundry), the Med-Tech have node mistakes with My Medication, wrong Medication, Missing Pills, now about the Laundry & Cleaning, it has never on the same day, it is so mixed up, I never know when, or I must ask them to Please Clean, or do My Laundry. I have had so many problems. I have \Visually Impairment\, so I dont want to Move, it is very hard to find things when being Moved. I Love the Food, and some of the Staff are wonderful. I have press the \Panick Button\ and had to wait 40 minutes for someone to Help Me, I have this problem a number of times. What makes something bad now is the Covid, but I think they could do a much better job, I think it is Management. Jerry

One word; homey. I love Canyon Winds, the community is gorgeous, the staff are amazing, and chef Larry is one of the best chefs. Steve Nissle who works in Marketing and Admissions has a heart of gold. The residents have always been so pleasant and when you walk in the feel of the place is calming. Thank you Canyon Winds staff for pouring your hearts into caring for your residents.

Canyon Winds Independent Living is a great facility. My husband and I a truly happy we moved here. The staff is great and also the servers in the dining room. We have lived here for 9 months and absolutely have not had a problem. I notices most of the reviews are for the Assisted Living side. I do not know about that facility but the Independent Living goes above and beyond for everyone.

Have lived here now for about a year and a half (since September 2018)and have really been happy that I moved here. Management is great and about the best I’ve seen of any place I have been associated with.Have a greatChef who really cares about satisfying the residents in giving us what we want. Overall this place is a great place to live.

If I could give it 10 stars I would! Canyon Winds is a family oriented home with many amenities and excellent staff!
