I have worked at Client Focus on and off going on 5 years. I began as an entry level caller, left to pursue my collegiate softball career and when that was over, I ventured back to Client Focus and they welcomed me with open arms. Within a few months of being back, I was promoted to a Team Leader position. We underwent some changes throughout the company that would change our vision as a whole and it was amazing to be a part of. After a while, I transitioned into Customer Experience and it has been my home for the last year. I love working side by side with our customers, our consultants and our management to help our company grow and thrive. The best part about Client Focus is having the ability to follow my ideas and get the guidance when I need it. I am going on 4 years at Client Focus. I started out at just the entry level position and was promoted within the first 6 months. I just kept growing from there. I have been able to develop my career in ways I never thought were possible. You are fully invested in from the minute you are hired. You are given the opportunity to succeed and do amazing things! We work with such amazing customers, and it's pretty exciting to see their businesses grow. I wake up every day very excited to come to work, I love my coworkers and our business! It's very exciting to give others the same opportunity that I was given.
