Some of the reviews had me nervous, but I gotta say, our experience was GREAT! We will DEFINITELY be return customers! The customer service was awesome, the pick-up and drop-off processes were simple and painless, and the RV was great! No they're not luxury yachts, but they are dang nice for the price. Drives nice, sits nice, sleeps nice, works nice. There were some minor defects. The \house\ battery was dead on pick-up, but they caught and replaced it during the walk-through. The in-dash cigarette lighter outlets in the dash were dead (not a fuse), and the gray water dump valve dripped the whole time, the engine makes a heck of a racket while driving, but none of that disrupted our trip or enjoyment. ADVICE: Don't waste your time with any of the smaller units if you are taking ANY children. Just get the 30' and call it a day. I do wish they offered class-A units.

My Cruise America experience was very pleasant! Cesar was friendly and helpful when I arrived with questions before booking my reservation. Pick up, with Mike, was quick and easy, and he was great at answering questions while doing a walkthrough of the 25 ft RV. The vehicle itself was great! Clean, easy to drive, and lacking of nothing! All the necessary comforts of home. And when I wasn’t sure about how to work something help was just a phone call away. The hardest part of the trip was finding where to dump the grey water at the end of the trip. And that took a few minutes online and a couple of phone calls. Next time will be easier! Yes, I would gladly use Cruise America in the future!!
Great RV's. This was the second time we used Cruise America and both times worked out great. Everything worked with no mechanical problems. RV was easy to clean afterwards and sleeping mattresses were a vinyl material and easy to clean. We got the 30 foot RV cause of the extra storage area so everything fit well. Customer service people were polite and worked with us. On line video was helpful with everything you need to now on how to operate. Thanks
Overall experience was very positive. This was my first RV trip so I had several questions and uncertainties, however the staff was very friendly and helpful in answering all questions and ensuring we were fully prepared. The team provides very helpful instruction videos and guides which gave us a good idea of how to operate the vehicle before we received it. Upon receiving our RV, the vehicle was thoroughly cleaned and ready for us to begin our trip. Customer service was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend for any new-comers.
Our first time renting an RV and I'm so glad we choose Cruise America in Mesa AZ. The staff was great, from the initial rental quote process to picking it up, doing the vehicle tour and drop off there were no surprises and went extremely smooth. Our camping experience in the vehicle was absolutely amazing. We were the envy of our campsite. The large RV was perfect for our family and friends that came along. Super comfortable, spacious and functional. From the beds to bathroom, shower to kitchen it made our experience exceptional. I would highly recommend using Cruise America and can't wait to rent our next RV!
