The staff is extremely helpful and we never had a problem going to our unit. Clean and quiet.
Everything is able to be done on line when it comes to rental agreements. The lock is left in the storage locker. This way it's minimum contact during the covid situation. The teams are more than helpful in making sure all is going well. The site we are at also had truck rentals so it can be an all in one stop shop. It's wonderful. And this site I have used in the past so it was familiar to me. Just now it's under the Cube smart name. Definitely check it out.
Ms. Castro at your location was amazing. Nice, courteous, professional and on point. She mentioned she'd love to move up in the company and I hope that she does! You can train the task but she's got a great personality and you are very lucky to have her!
The two who work at CubeSmart, namely Kevin and Nicole have always had my best interest at heart. Their service is indisputable. Sunday, Nicole was there. She helped me into a smaller unit. Her service was quick, with a nice smile, and quick service. I would recommend CubeSmart to anyone looking for a super deal for storing your supplies.
