If I could give them a NEGATIVE rating I wouldn't hesitate to give them a MINUS TEN! Purchased four knives at a gun show. Their card says "LIFETIME WARRANTY AGAINST MANUFACTURING DEFECTS AND FAILURE UNDER REASONABLE USAGE". Sent one of the knives back within one month of purchase and it was received 1/27/2020. On 3/17/2020, called to inquire when the knife would be returned and was told "it's on the boss's desk waiting to be mailed". On 6/18/2020, called to inquire again and was told "it's still sitting on the boss's desk". 6/23/2020, pick it up and it was not repaired. When called was informed "that portion of the knife is not repairable". NO NOTIFICATION was received in over 5 months saying that this knife would not be repaired! If it isn't repairable WHY DO YOU OFFER A LIFETIME WARRANTY????!!!!! REPLACE the knife if you won't REPAIR it!!!! TERRIBLE customer service on the phone (if you're able to even get someone on the phone!!!) and rude service in the store. ****Edit after owner response - Interesting that you had no way of contacting me as I have a copy of the warranty card that was sent with the returned knife, CLEARLY with an address and email written on the card with the 5 requested for repair and return. AND why was this not communicated when your store was contacted, numerous times (3/17, 6/18) AND 6/23 WHEN THE KNIFE WAS PHYSICALLY PICKED UP AT YOUR STORE???? Bottom line is that when the knives were purchased the LIFETIME WARRANTY is WORTHLESS! Honor your word.

I bought an otf knife from a traveling salesmen for 70 in kingman Arizona today and I am a lil mad/sad. The blade will not retract back in. I took it apart cleaned what was already clean to begin with and it still won’t retract back. This wasn’t even after a day a retracting it back and forth.

I heard these guys do knife sharpening and dropped all of my knives off, called back a week and a half later and they hadn’t even started. I stopped by to pick them up and the lady said if I left them there they could possibly be done in four weeks but she never really knows what her boss is doing or when things will be finished. Crazy. It’s a dirty weird teenager place.
