Their billing department had the unmitigated gall to call again and again just to confirm every piece of info already given to them. Obviously scared to file a claim because they hadn't even gotten a denial!! I have a feeling the head of claims has no claim-filing experience and scares the poor claim filers if they get a denial. (For those who don't know, claim-filing is basically a system of denials these days.) Tried to talk to the administrator, ROSE, about it but she hung up because I wouldn't give her the patient's name. Sorry, but I want NONE of the patients harrassed, not just my friend.

S/W a Kim in billing, all she had to say was \it's our procedure!\ When you take money from an HSA card and find that nothing was due from the patient, you need to refund that money back on the card. This is ridiculous the hassle this has caused me to get a paper refund. This is not my money to keep, it needs to be put back on my HSA card. Kim didn't care, she could only say, its our procedure. My doctor and the facility was very nice.
I went in for routine screening. The doctor said it should be no charge the insurance company said no charge but Cindy from billing sent a bill for almost 500 dollars. The insurance company got on phone with me and talk to Cindy but she would not listen. The doctor office even call there and they would not listen. Cindy probably gets a bonus for how much she can screw over there customers. I was going to make payments she was going to send it to collections. The billing department is terrible. I would not recommend going there.
Office staff was polite and friendly, medical staff was efficient, friendly and open to questions and concerns. 3 stars off for the billing confusion involving Grand Canyon Anesthesia. After reading the reviews, I'm not sure they are in network for ANY insurance. My insurance has received 2 claims for anesthesia services and was allowed a 17% discount on a bill over 2200. My doctor bill after insurance was 175. My anesthesia bill for a nurse anesthetist and an MD was 567. I was told they were not in network but had an 'agreement' with my insurance. If you are told Grand Canyon is not in your network I would choose another center.
